The documentary will have its American debut at the <a href="http://sxsw.com/">South by Southwest</a> music festival in Austin, TX and wide release on March 16th. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><a href="http://www.myspace.com/toroymoi" target="_blank">Toro Y Moi</a>, whose<em> </em>much anticipated <em>Causers of This</em> was released Tuesday on Car Park Records, will play the Duke Coffeehouse tonight. We did this <a href="http://dukechronicle.com/article/toro-y-moi-talks-rising-fame-sunday-show-islands-pearl" target="_blank">interview</a> with TYM<span style="text-decoration: line-through;">&#8217;s</span> Chaz Bundick, who has some ties to Duke and the Triangle, in October, prior to his opening slot with Islands and Jemina Pearl.</p>
<p>Obviously, things have changed a bit since then. But check out the interview and the show with <a href="http://www.facebook.com/l.php?u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.myspace.com%2Fdogusbitus&amp;h=43cffc3e19dd4c042b18da81fbfbc0f9" target="_blank">Dogbite</a>.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>WXDU will be hosting a live on-air performance from Des Ark Sunday at 4 p.m. <a href="http://desark.wordpress.com/2010/01/15/dc-show-tonight/" target="_blank">Per the blog</a> (albeit edited a bit), Aimee Argote has been writing a ton of new songs:</p>

And in an other bit of Des Ark news, we just unearthed this video of Argote playing solo from the Midtown Dickens release party in April. Remember when she was going to bring everyone outside and play under a tree? That show. Enjoy.</p>
