WXDU, BCR Host Pre-Fest 8 Show at Pinhook

WXDU and Bull City Records have pulled off quite the feat in bringing six bands scheduled to play at Gainseville’s Fest 8 in Durham only two days before the punk festival takes off. In what I’m assured will be the two best punk shows of the year in the area, the Pinhook will host Pretty Boy Thorson, the Copyrights and Last Year’s Men (of the Tar Heel state, formerly the Begin Agains) tonight (Oct. 27) and Lost Hands Found Fingers, the Dopamines and Laura Stevenson and the Cans tomorrow night. Both shows start at 9 p.m.
