		<description>Thank you for the report on Kay Hagan.  If Fox News is correct, and Hagan wins, this would be very good news for the state of North Carolina!  Despite Elizabeth Dole&#039;s Duke U. roots and Hagan&#039;s lack of D.C. experience, I believe Hagan would be a very good U.S. Senator.  She is energetic and very bright.  And, most importantly, she is very much in touch with North Carolina.  This has been lacking in a big way since the National Republican Party hand-picked Elizabeth Dole to take-over Jesse Helms&#039; seat.  Let&#039;s hope the projection is correct!</description>
